Q: What if the alkalinity level it is too high or too low what do we do?
A: Take a water sample to your local dealer so the dealer can test this in the store. From there, the dealer can calculate how much of the balance adjuster(s) are to be added to balance out the levels. Usually a re-balance is a simple application of one or two products. Adjust alkalinity then fine tune pH. pH may rise but you have to get alkalinity set first as it buffers pH. If pH and alkalinity are too low, first use sodium bi-carbonate to raise the alkalinity to 100. The pH should come up with it, but if not high enough, add more pH increaser to raise to where it should be.
